Nation Park "Selva de Florencia", municipality of Pensilvania, department of Caldas and “La Selva” Natural Reserve, municipality of Valdivia, department of Antioquia, eastern slope from the northern Cordillera Central in Colombia, between 1850 and 2390 m elevation.

Comment

Unassigned to species group in the original publication, but placed as the sister taxon of Pristimantis penelopus + Pristimantis erythropleura on the basis of a 16S mtDNA tree; otherwise the coloration, morphology, and natural history were documented.
