Distribution

Known only from the type locality of Comunidad Río Blanco, Cordillera del Cóndor, Cantón Paquisha, province of Zamora Chinchipe, Ecuador, in low montane cloud forest, 1723 m elevation.

Comment

Most similar to Pristimantis muscosus, according to the original publication, where external morphology, morphometrics, and coloration were described.
