Eleutherodactylus librarius Flores and Vigle, 1994, J. Herpetol., 28: 416. Holotype: MCZ 111147, by original designation. Type locality: "6.5 km ESE of Puerto Misashualli at La Cruz Blanca, 450 m, Provincia Napo, Ecuador (01° 04′ S, 77° 36′ W)".

Comment

In the Eleutherodactylus frater assembly, most closely related to Eleutherodactylus ockendeni and Eleutherodactylus taeniatus, according to the original publication. In the Eleutherodactylus (Eleutherodactylus) martinicensis series, Eleutherodactylus unistrigatus group of Lynch and Duellman, 1997, Univ. Kansas Mus. Nat. Hist. Spec. Publ., 23: 227. In the Pristimantis (Pristimantis) frater species group of Hedges, Duellman, and Heinicke, 2008, Zootaxa, 1737: 121. Not assignable to a species group according to Padial, Grant, and Frost, 2014, Zootaxa, 3825: 127.
