Distribution

Known only from the vicinity of the type locality on the eastern slopes of the mountains of El Sira Communal Reserve, between 1500 and 2200 m elevation, Huánuco Department, Peru.

Comment

Mostly closely related to Pristimantis antisuyu and Pristimantis cruciocularis, according to the original publication, where molecular relationships and external morphology are described.
