Distribution

Found in the leaf litter of primary and secondary forest, terra firme or flooded forest, and swamps Ecuador, in the provinces of Orellana, Sucumbíos, Morona Santiago, and Pastaza; Peru in the Province of Andoas, northern Loreto Department; occurs at elevations ranging from 200–900 m elevation.
