Feirana kangxianensis Yang, Wang, Hu, and Jiang, 2011, Asian Herpetol. Res., Ser. 2, 2: 80. Holotype: CIB2010091137, by original designation. Type locality: "Douba Town (33° 14.434′ N 105° 24.048′ E, 1600 m alt.) in Kangxian County, Gansu, China".

English Names

Kangxian Swelled-vented Frog (Fei, Ye, and Jiang, 2012, Colored Atlas Chinese Amph. Distr.: 480).

Distribution

Known only from the vicinity type locality in Kangxian County, southern Gansu, China, in the drainages of the Yangba and Douba Rivers.

Comment

The sister species of Nanorana taihangnica (as Feirana) according to the original publication. Fei, Ye, and Jiang, 2012, Colored Atlas Chinese Amph. Distr.: 478–479, provided an account (as Feirana kangxianensis), photographs, and a range map.
