Gastrotheca pseustes Duellman and Hillis, 1987, Herpetologica, 43: 160. Holotype: KU 203443, by original designation. Type locality: "7.1 km (by road) north of San Lucas, 2940 m (03° 41′ S, 79° 15′ W), Provincia Loja, Ecuador".

Distribution

Elevations of 2200–4000 m in the Andes of central and southern Ecuador from Pichincha to Azuay provinces.
