Scinax villasboasi Brusquetti, Jansen, Barrio-Amorós, Segalla, and Haddad, 2014, Zool. J. Linn. Soc., 171: 806. Holotype: CHUNB 40156, by original designation. Type locality: "Campo de Provas Brigadeiro Veloso (CPBV), Serra do Cachimbo, Novo Progresso, state of Pará, Brazil (8°35′S, 55°30′W)."
