Amazonian Acre, Brazil, southeastern Peru (Madre de Dios), and Bolivia to its south-central part.

In the Adenomera andreae clade and equivalent to Forest Call Type I of Angulo, Cocroft, and Reichle, 2003, Herpetologica, 59: 490–504, and Adenomera species E of Fouquet, Cassini, Haddad, Pech, and Rodrigues, 2014, J. Biogeograph., 41: fig. 6, according to the original publication, where the advertisement call was also described.
