Distribution

Known only from the eastern part of the Bidoup–Nui Ba National Park in Lam Dong Province, southern Vietnam, 1450 to 1800 m elevation.

Comment

In the Microhyla achatina group, the sister taxon of, and previously confused with, Microhyla pineticola, according to the original publication.
