Litoria wapogaensis Richards and Iskandar, 2001, Alytes, 18: 142. Holotype: MZB Amph. 3873, by original designation. Type locality: "Wapoga Alpha exploration camp (135° 34.423′ E, 3° 08.687′ S, 1070 m elevation) in the headwaters of the Wapoga River, Irian Jaya [now Papua] Province, Indonesia".

Comment

"[S]howing some affinities with the Litoria nigropunctata species-group" according to the original publication. Menzies, 2006, Frogs New Guinea & Solomon Is.: 120, provided a brief account.
