Phyllomedusa boliviana Boulenger, 1902, Ann. Mag. Nat. Hist., Ser. 7, 10: 395. Syntypes: BMNH 1947.2.22.32–33 (formerly 1901.8.2.49–50) according to Condit, 1964, J. Ohio Herpetol. Soc., 4: 97. Type locality: "Chulumani, Bolivia, 2000 metres".

Distribution

Amazonian slopes of Andes and lowlands in Bolivia, northern Argentina, and western and southeastern Mato Grosso and Rôndonia, Brazil; likely into adjacent Paraguay.
