Rana debussyi Van Kampen, 1910, Natuurkd. Tijdschr. Nederl. Indie, 69: 23. Holotype: ZMA; now lost according to Van Tuijl, 1995, Bull. Zool. Mus. Univ. Amsterdam, 14: 128. Type locality: "Bander Baru liegt im Battak Gebirge, etwa 1000 M. hoch" (=Bander Baru in the Battak Mountains, 1000 m elevation), Deli, Sumatra.
