Rhacophorus trangdinhensis Kropachev, Evsyunin, Orlov, and Nguyen, 2022, Russ. J. Herpetol., 29: 37. Holotype: ZISP 14574, by original designation. Type locality: "Tri Phuong commune, Trang Dinh district, Lang Son Province, northeastern Vietnam, (22.268° N 106.458° E, 200 m)."

English Names

Trangdinh Tree Frog (original publication). 

Distribution

Known only from the type locality (Tri Phuong commune, Trang Dinh district, Lang Son Province, northeastern Vietnam), in tropical evergreen forest on limestone karst; possibly into adjacent Guangxi, China.

Natural Resident: Vietnam

Endemic: Vietnam

Comment

Resembles Rhacophorus hoangliensis according to the original publication, where comparative morphology with other rhacophorids in the region was detailed.
