Thorius pulmonaris Taylor, 1940 "1939", Univ. Kansas Sci. Bull., 26: 411. Holotype: EHT-HMS 16684, by original designation; now UIMNH 30992 according to Smith, Langebartel, and Williams, 1964, Illinois Biol. Monogr., 32: 16). Type locality: "Cerro San Felipe, about 12 km. north[east] of Oaxaca, Oaxaca, Mexico".

Distribution

Deciduous forest in the vicinity of the Cerro San Felipe in upland areas north and west of Ciudad Oaxaca, Oaxaca, Mexico, 2100–2500 m elevation.
