Distribution

Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, and Nan provinces, Thailand; Phou Ya Kaho, Viengphoukha District, Luang Namtha Province, Laos; and Muong Nhe, Dien Bien Province, and Thuan Chau, Son La Province, northern Vietnam; presumably in adjacent southwestern Yunnan, China, and eastern most Myanmar.
