Caecilia caribea Dunn, 1942, Bull. Mus. Comp. Zool., 91: 509. Holotype: MCZ 24520, by original designation. Type locality: "Pensilvania [on the Río Samaná Sur, a tributary of the Río Magdalena] (Cauca valley south of Medellin), [Caldas,] Colombia".

Distribution

Known from the type locality (Caldas) and from near Medellín, Antioquia, northern Colombia.
