Known only from Mount Oku, Cameroon, ca. 2300 m elevation.

Comment

Doherty-Bone, Ndifon, San Mauro, Wilkinson, LeGrande, and Gower, 2011, J. Nat. Hist., London, 45: 827-841, reported on the genetic similarity, but distinctiveness, of this species to Crotaphatrema tchabalmbaboensis. Channing and Rödel, 2019, Field Guide Frogs & Other Amph. Afr.: 32–33, provided a brief account, photograph, and range map.
