Eleutherodactylus royi Morales, 2007, Biotempo, Lima, 7: 7. Holotype: MUSM 11187, by original designation. Type locality: "Bosque Castilla de la Comunidad Nativa 7 de junio (Villa América); 75° 14′ W, 10° 10′ S aprox.; 330 m de altitud; Provincia de Huancabamba, Departamento de Pasco, Perú".

Distribution

Known only from the type locality (Villa America, Provincia de Huancabamba, Departamento de Pasco, Peru) in wet forests lower slopes of the Andes.

In the Eleutherodactylus unistrigatus group, Eleutherodactylus lacrimosus assembly, according to the original publication.
