Pristimantis erythroinguinis Catenazzi and Lehr, 2018, Zootaxa, 4394: 197. Holotype: CORBIDI 16778, by original designation. Type locality: "from near Raychulloc, 1150 m a.s.l. (coordinates 13°2′6.25″S; 71°30′46.62″W, WGS84), along the Paucartambo-Pilcopata road, Distrito Kosñipata, Provincia Paucartambo, Región Cusco, Peru". Comment
Part of a clade composed of Pristimantis platydactylus, Pristimantis llojsintuta, and Pristimantis antisuyu, according to the original publication. Included in the Pristimantis marmoratus clade of the Pristimantis unistrigatus group as delimited by Mônico, Koch, Ferrão, Fernandes, Marques, Chaparro, Rodrigues, Lima, and Fouquet, 2024, Mol. Phylogenet. Evol., 108203: 1–19, on molecular grounds (2 mtDNA genes and 2 nuDNA genes).
