Hypsiboas tepuianus Barrio-Amorós and Brewer-Carias, 2008, Zootaxa, 1942: 28. Holotype: EBRG 4653, by original designation. Type locality: "southern slope of Sarisariñama-tepui, Locality VI, Estado Bolívar, Venezuela (4º 25′ N, 64º 7′ W), elev. 420 m".

Distribution

Lowlands and uplands (420–1800 m) of the Venezuelan Guayana and extreme northern Brazil east of the Sierra de Maigualida-Parima; known localities include Auyan-tepui and the upper Río Ambutuir, Guaiquinima, Sarisariñama-tepui, Jauatepui , and Quebrada de Jaspe.
