Distribution

Known only from three rocky outcrops in the area surrounding the Reserva Biológica Augusto Ruschi in the Municipality of Santa Teresa, a mountainous region of the State of Espírito Santo, southeastern Brazil.

Not assigned to species group in the original publication, where external morphology, advertisement call, and molecular markers were detailed in addition to natural history.
