Dendropsophus mapinguari Peloso, Orrico, Haddad, Lima, and Sturaro, 2016, S. Am. J. Herpetol., 11: 68. Holotype: MPEG 28682, by original designation. Type locality: "Brazil: state of Amazonas: Municipality of Maués: Floresta Nacional de Pau-Rosa, Comunidade Santa Teresa, Rio Paraconi (03°53′ 18″ S, 58°20′ 42″ W)".
