Comment

Confused with Dendropsophus tritaeniatus prior to its naming and in the Dendropsophus rubicundulus species group (part of the Dendropsophus microcephalus group) according to the original publication. Reichle and Köhler, 1996, Herpetofauna, Weinstadt, 18: 32-34, reported the first Bolivian record (as Dendropsophus tritaeniatus).
