Dendropsophus kamagarini Rivadeneira, Venegas, and Ron, 2018, ZooKeys, 726: 47. Holotype: CORBIDI 5246, by original designation. Type locality: "Peru, Madre de Dios Department, Tambopata Province, Inotawa Lodge (12.8092°S, 69.3182°W), 192 m above sea level".

Amazon basin of southeastern Peru (Cusco and Madre de Dios regions), northwestern Brazil (Acre and Rondônia states), and northeastern Bolivia, from the Andean slopes to lowland tropical rainforest, 150 m (Acre) to 1696 m (Ochigoteni) elevation.
