Sarcohyla floresi Kaplan, Heimes, and Aguilar, 2020, Zootaxa, 4743: 383. Holotype: UMMZ 239718, by original designation. Type locality: "Sierra del Alquitran, 2128 m (17° 26’ N 99° 31’ W), south of Chilpancingo and west of Mazatlán, Guerrero, Mexico".
