Scinax haddadorum Araujo-Vieira, Valdujo, and Faivovich, 2016, Zootaxa, 4061: 262. Holotype: MZUSP 152328, by original designation. Type locality: "Fazenda Água Limpa (15°41′34″ S, 52°20′59″ W, 675 m a.s.l.), Municipality of Barra do Garças, State of Mato Grosso, Brazil".

In the Scinax ruber clade according to the original publication, where it was noted that neither the advertisement call nor tadpole morphology were known. Bang, Carvalho, Andrade, Haga, Bernardes, and Giaretta, 2017, Neotropical Biodiversity, 3: 117–124, reported on vocalization.
