Distribution

Known only from the type locality (2.590° S, 138.720° E) in lower montane forest on the southern slopes of the Foja Mountains in northern Papua Province, Indonesian New Guinea.

Biol., 31(PC24063): 1–12, as part of a larger discussion of the role of citizen science in documenting species ranges in Melanesia noted that iNaturalist provided a lowland record near Jayapura, Papua, Indonesia.
