Ruddy Tree Frog (original publication).
Distribution
Restricted to mesic eastern Australia from northern Queensland south to extreme northeastern New South Wales; the range boundary forms along the western slopes the Great Dividing Range to the east of the Carpentarian Gap, although the exact northern and western extents are uncertain.

Comment
In the Litoria rubella complex, and previously confused with Litoria rubella, according to the original publication, where molecular markers, comparative adult and larval morphology, and advertisement call were detailed.
