Megophrys baishanzuensis Wu, Li, Liu, Wang, and Wu, 2020, ZooKeys, 1005: 84. Holotype: CIBQY 20200726001, by original designation. Type locality: "Baishanzu National Park, Qingyuan County, Zhejiang Province, China (27.76°N, 119.18°E, ca. 1537 m a.s.l.)".

English Names

Baishanzu Horned Toad (original publication). 


Known only from the type locality (Baishanzu National Park, Qingyuan County, Zhejiang Province, China, 1537 m elevation). 


Most closely related to Megophrys (now Panophrys) kuatunensis, from which it differs in morphology, call, and molecular markers, according to the original publication; the larva was also described.
