Andinophryne colomai Hoogmoed, 1985, Zool. Meded., Leiden, 59: 264. Holotype: RMNH 21905, by original designation. Type locality: "'Cabacera del Rio Baboso, cerca a Lita', Carchi Province, Ecuador".

Distribution

Known from five localities on the western slopes of the Andes in northern Ecuador (Carchi Province) and southern Colombia (Nariño), between 1180 and 1500 m elevation.
