I attempt to summarize here what work I have done on ASW starting 1 January 2019. (Previous additions and changes are in other files.) This log will not include error corrections and the like and I cannot promise that there will not be errors of omission or commission inasmuch as this log is not being constructed automatically and focuses on publications rather than on particular changes and fixes.

19 October 2019: Added Leptodactyus apepyta (Leptodactylidae), named by Schneider, Cardozo, Brusquetti, Kolenc, Borteiro, Haddad, Basso, and Baldo, 2019, PeerJ, 7(e7869): 1–29, from "Argentina, Formosa province, Patiño department, Las Lomitas (2432′44.1″S, 6038′33.3″W, 142 m above sea level, asl)". The species was formerly confused with Leptodactylus mystacinus and represents the Gran Chaco component of that species' range from Bolivia, western Paraguay, and north-central Argentina.

4 June 2019: Rewrote the range statement and added a comment under Micryletta inornata (Microhylidae), noting the publication of Alhadi, Hamidy, Farajallah, Munir, Atmaja, Garg, Biju, and Smith, 2019, Zootaxa, 4613: 111–126, who found the nominal species, thought to be widespread from India to southern China (and Taiwan) to Malaya and Sumatra, is actually restricted to one small area on Sumatra. The authors (p. 116) provide a molecular tree of the 16S rRNA fragment that suggests that nominal Micryletta inornata is composed of at least five lineages, of which only the Sumatra population is assigned the name Micryletta inornata; other lineages being from (1) northern Vietnam and central Laos; (2) northern Thailand and northern Laos; (3) northern Vietnam; and (4) western Thailand. Pretty obviously this leaves a large amount of territory unassayed genetically (including the type locality region of Micryletta inornata lineata) so get ready for a number of new species to be named in the near future (DRF).
