Bulua ventrimarmorata Boulenger, 1904, Ann. Mag. Nat. Hist., Ser. 7, 13: 262. Holotype: BMNH, by original designation; originally BMNH 1904.2.20.33, now reregistered 1947.2.30.33 according to museum records. Type locality: "Efulen, Bulu Country", southern Cameroon.

Common Names

Speckled Egg Frog (Frank and Ramus, 1995, Compl. Guide Scient. Common Names Amph. Rept. World: 38).

Distribution

Cameroon: western edge of the southern Cameroon Plateau, and littoral plain south of the Sanaga River, 50-1150 m elevation.
