Lat. 22° 26′ ; Long. 42° 48′ O. Greenwich; alt. 800-1000 m" (Portuguese text), "Organ Mountains, at Teresopolis, in the Maritime Range, S. E. Brazil Lat. 22°, 26′ ; Long. 42° 58′ W. Gr.; alt. 2500-3300 feet" (English text), southeastern Brazil.

Distribution

highlands above 800 m of the Serra dos Órgãos mountain range in the Brazilian state of Rio de Janeiro, in the municipalities of Teresópolis and Nova Friburgo.
