Neblinaphryne imeri Fouquet, Moraes, Recoder, Camacho, Ghellere, Barutel, and Rodrigues, 2024, Zootaxa, 5514: 79. Holotype: MZUSP 160479, by original designation. Type locality: "Serra do Imeri, Parque Nacional Pico da Neblina, Santa Isabel do Rio Negro, Amazonas state, Brazil (0.470833 N, 65.33889 W, ca. 1800 m elevation).

Known only from the type locality, in the Serra do Imeri, Parque Nacional do Pico da Neblina, Santa Isabel do Rio Negro, Amazonas state, Brazil, at elevations between 1800 and 1940 m.
