Distribution
Found in the leaf litter of primary and secondary forest, terra firme or flooded forest, and swamps Ecuador (provinces of Orellana, Sucumbíos, Morona Santiago, and Pastaza), Peru (Province of Andoas, northern Loreto Department), and Colombia (Orito Municipality, Putumayo Department); occurs at elevations ranging from 200–900 m elevation.
