Ansonia jeetsukumarani Wood, Grismer, Ahmad, and Senawi, 2008, Herpetologica, 64: 331. Holotype: ZRC 1.12413, by original designation. Type locality: "a small stream along Bishop’s Trail (3° 43.234′ N; 101° 44.891′ E) at 1125 m on Fraser’s Hill, Pahang, West Malaysia".

High elevations of Titwangsa Range in West Malaysia, from Sungai Perfau south to Fraser's Hill.

Most similar to Ansonia malayana according to the original publication. Wood, Grismer, Ahmad, and Senawi, 2008, Herpetologica, 64: 321-340, provided comparative information for this and other species from the Malayan Peninsula.
