Distribution
Known only from the forested hills near the Kyaiktiyo Pagoda in Mon state, southeastern Myanmar.

Most closely related to Ansonia inthanon, according to the original publication. Zug, 2022, Smithson. Contrib. Zool., 653: 13–14, discussed identification, habitat, and range in Myanmar.
