Ansonia teneritas Waser, Schweizer, Haas, Das, Jankowski, Min, and Hertwig, 2017, Organisms Divers. Evol., 17: 294. Holotype: NMBE 1057364, from a small stream on the upper reaches of the Sungei Julan on the northern side of the Usun Apau Plateau just above the falls of the Sungei Julan Valley, Usun Apau National Park, Sarawak, East Malaysia (Borneo). GPS N 03.03292°, E 114.66647°, 1002ma.s.l".

Distribution

Known only from two localities: the type locality on the northern side of the Usun Apau Plateau just above the falls of the Sungei Julan Valley, Usun Apau National Park, Sarawak, and (2) Gunung Hose, a relatively isolated, remote, and poorly explored mountain range in central Sarawak, all East Malaysia.
