Ansonia tiomanica Hendrickson, 1966, Bull. Natl. Mus., Singapore, 34: 74. Holotype: BPBM (formerly J. R. Hendrickson 5129), by original designation. Type locality: "from a cave at an elevation of about 2,400 feet, Ulu Lalang, Pulau Tioman, Pahang, Malaya", Malaysia.

Distribution
Known only from Tioman I., off the east coast of West Malaysia (Malaya).
