Atelopus epikeisthos Lötters, Schulte, and Duellman, 2005 "2004", Rev. Esp. Herpetol., 18: 103. Holotype: KU 211684, by original designation. Type locality: "from the Cordillera Central, 7 km E Chachapoyas (ca. 06° 16′ S, 77° 41′ W; 2010 m above sea level), Departamento de Amazonas, Peru . . . . a small ravine along the road from Chachapoyas to Molinopampa".

None noted.

Distribution

Known from the type locality (7 km east of Chachapoyas) and near Shipasbamba, both localities in Bongará Province, Amazonas Region, Peru.
