Atelopus eusebianus Rivero and Granados-Díaz, 1993, Caribb. J. Sci., 29: 12. Holotype: ICN 20010, by original designation. Type locality: "Malvasa, Municipio de Totoró, 2° 3′ N, 76° 24′ W, 2995 m, Depto. de Cauca, Colombia".

Common Names

Malvasa Stubfoot Toad (Frank and Ramus, 1995, Compl. Guide Scient. Common Names Amph. Rept. World: 39).

Distribution

Cloud forest on the western slope of the Central Andes in the Departments of Cauca and Valle del Cauca (Pradera municipality; see comment), Colombia, 1050–3250 m elevation.

(eds.), Libro Rojo Anf. Colombia: 185–188, provided an account and map. Valencia-Rojas and López-López, 2005, Nov. Colomb., N. Epoca, 8: 71–74, reported an additional locality.
