Distribution

Luhomera Mountains, within Udzungwa Mountains National park, Iranga region, Tanzania, 1857 to 2500 m elevation.

Comment

Diagnosed on the basis of morphology, morphometrics, and genetic markers in the original publication. Formerly confused with Nectophrynoides viviparus; see that record for literature that may have addressed this species under that name.
