Peltophryne dunni (Barbour, 1926)
Bufo dunni Barbour, 1926, Occas. Pap. Boston Soc. Nat. Hist., 5: 192. Holotype: MCZ 11076, by original designation. Type locality: "Mina Carlota, near Cumanayagua, [Las Villas province,] south central Cuba. The mine is in the [northern part of the] Trinidad Mountains at an altitude of about 1200 feet."

Comment
Alonso and Rodriguez, 2003, Phyllomedusa, 2: 75–82, reported on the advertisement call (as Bufo longinasus dunni). Removed from the synonymy of Peltophryne longinasus by Hedges, Powell, Henderson, Hanson, and Murphy, 2019, Caribb. Herpetol., 67: 8, where it had been placed by Barbour, 1937, Bull. Mus. Comp. Zool., 82: 96, and Valdés de la Osa and Ruiz-García, 1980, Poeyana, 206: 9. See comment under Peltophpryne longinasus for literature treating this taxon as a subspecies of Peltophryne longinasus.
