Excidobates condor Almendáriz C., Ron, and Brito-M., 2012, Pap. Avulsos Zool., São Paulo, 52 (32): 389. Holotype: MEPN 11511, by original designation. Type locality: "Loma Paquisha Alto (78° 30′ 3.13″ O, 03° 54′ 49.7″ S, 1800 msnm), Cantón Paquisha, Provincia de Zamora Chinchipe, Ecuador".

Cordillera del Cóndor, Morona Santiago and Zamora Chinchipe provinces, Ecuador, 882 to 2185 m elevation.
