Comment
In the Boana semilineata species group according to the original publication, where the call was also detailed. Coloma and Duellman, 2025, Amph. Ecuador. Vol. 2: 339–341, provided an account, with photographs, which summarized identification, adult morphology, systematics, natural history, distribution (including a dot map for Ecuador), conservation, and (on p. 574) the advertisement call.
