Comment
For account see Duellman, 1982, Amphibia-Reptilia, 3: 159. The Hyla minima group should be placed within the Hyla parviceps group according to Duellman, 2001, Hylid Frogs Middle Am., Ed. 2: 859. In the Dendropsophus minimus group of Faivovich, Haddad, Garcia, Frost, Campbell, and Wheeler, 2005, Bull. Am. Mus. Nat. Hist., 294: 92-93. See comment under Dendropsophus relating to the status of the minimus group. In the Dendropsophus microcephalus group of Orrico, Grant, Faivovich, Rivera-Correa, Rada, Lyra, Cassini, Valdujo, Schargel, Machado, Wheeler, Barrio-Amorós, Loebmann, Moravec, Zina, Solé, Sturaro, Peloso, Suárez, and Haddad, 2021, Cladistics, 37: 73–105 (p. 93), although on p. 95, they explain why it is not assigned to any species group.
