Phyllomedusa jandaia Bokermann and Sazima, 1978, Rev. Brasil. Biol., 38: 927. Holotype: WCAB 48131, by original designation; now in MZUSP. Type locality: "Km 126 da estrada de Vespasiano a Conceição do Mato Dentro, 1500 m, Jaboticatubas, Minas Gerais, Brasil".
