Gephyromantis (Duboimantis) ampondo Vences, Köhler, Scherz, Hutter, Maheritafika, Rafanoharana, Raherinjatovo, Rakotoarison, Andreone, Raselimanana, and Glaw, 2024, Spixiana, München, 46: 313. Holotype: ZSM 402/2016, by original designation. Type locality: "Marojejy National Park, “Camp 0” (14.4463° S, 49.7852° E, 310 m above sea level), northeastern Madagascar."

Distribution

Marojejy National Park (near camps “0” and “Mantella”), northeastern Madagascar. The known elevational range occupied by the species is around ca. 300 m.
