Choerophryne amomani Günther, 2008, Acta Zool. Sinica, 54: 668. Holotype: ZMB 70338, by original designation. Type locality: "a pass of the Amoman Mountain near the road to the village of Ambaidiru, about 17 km straight-line NE of Serui, about 1°45′S and 136°19′E, altitude 1100 m asl, Yapen Island, Papua Province, Indonesia".

Asterophrys amomani — Dubois, Ohler, and Pyron, 2021, Megataxa, 5: 477, by implication.

Distribution

Known only from within 1 km of the type locality on Amoman Mountain, 1050–1200 m elevation, Yapen Island, Papua Province, Indonesia.
